Balanced Being is the epitome of Minnesota Nice! I feel like a well cared for friend and have recommended them to everyone I know...why? I threw out my back less than 7 days before I had to make an overseas work trip. I never had acupuncture before but I was desperate for an option that *might* give me the best change to make this trip. (Canceling was not an option). I can only say “magic!” I’ve been going here ever since and referred everyone in my family with fantastic results!

Alexis at Balanced Being is wonderfully sweet. She's very knowledgable and skilled at her profession. I am seeing her for acupuncture for chronic sinusitis in an effort to find more non-invasive ways to treat the symptoms that have been there for over 20 years. So far my experience has been calming and good.

Alexis does amazing work. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She always takes the time to listen to my symptoms to help me work through it. She also explains what she thinks could be happening and what solutions she has from a Chinese medicine perspective, answering questions in a way I can understand. I know she has researched information for me outside of my appointment to help me find herbs that work. I rarely feel discomfort from the needles. I can't say enough amazing things about Alexis, so I highly recommend her acupuncture services!
