Called looking for a quote; asked questions, gave me options, reccomended a competitor. Professionalism goes a long way. Only gave a 4 because the scale really needs to be on a 10 to give reviewers some flexibility.

I recommend Tech Bytes for any computer realted issue. When my laptop froze up, I called Dustin. He asked a few questions, diagnosed the probelm, and gave me directions over the phone to fix the problem. The process took several minutes, while he waited patiently. He could have easily had me bring the computer in and charge me a lot of money to fix it: I wouldn't have known differently. Obviously, there are issues that will require his hands-on skills, but not this time. He is a true professional, and exceptionally trustworthy.
