These guys are the real deal.
Yes, they're a bit more expensive, because their product really *is* better. They will show you *how* much better. They'll take pictures, and show you how your new windows work. If you're lucky like I am, you'll get to FEEL the difference - in air temperature!! after they're finished on a disgustingly muggy 83 degree day.

Didn't quit until the job was finished.

They'll even put up your furniture how you had it if you ask, they especially care about doing a COMPLETE job to your satisfaction.

I purchased 2 casement windows over a year ago to replace old vinyl inserts; one for the living room and one for the dining room. I went with Renewal windows because I wanted quality, and that’s what I got. The crank mechanisms operate very smoothly, even on the bigger window in the dining room (6’ wide x 5’ high). The latch/locking mechanism is also very solid. I also liked how they varied from a “typical” vinyl window. I believe they are made with a material called Fibrex that’s supposed to add strength and help prevent warping.
