I needed someone to come out and service my older furnace/thermostat. Decided to have a new furnace installed, they came in--no real scheduling. The furnace exhaust pipe had to be redone a few days later since they accidentally put it in front of my filter. The new exhaust pipe was not graded enough to drain and then started to gurgle. I couldn't get a hold of Pete via text or calls or voicemails and pretty much got ghosted. Had to have another HVAC company come to fix the pipe which was another ordeal that was overpriced and a rip off. ***Edited 1/10/21 - I've retracted my previous negative review, due to the fact that I finally got my furnace serviced by Arrowhead, and it is now running fine. The problem was with my former home warranty company (American Home Shield), and not ONE contactor wanted to work with them due to not being paid or not being paid enough or on time. After being given "outside authorization" to find our own contractor, we called 5 different companies in the area, and they all said "no". Pete from Arrowhead came last week and fixed the furnace and educated me about furnace filters and was friendly and professional.
