Working with Dakotah was such a pleasure. It was a long process (on our end) getting everything ready and he was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He was also so great about educating us along the way and helping us know what to do, should our basement be flooded again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend North Shore Restore. I had a major flood from a sink being left on all day that affected my top floor, main floor, and basement. I looked up water damage restoration in Duluth and saw the positive reviews and gave them a call. Dakota answered right away and even offered to come out that same night. (Around 9pm)
He explained everything in a way I could understand, got to work immediately, and kept me updated every step of the way. He checked in daily and made sure I always knew what was going on. North Shore Restore helped us after a sewage overflow in our basement here in Duluth and they were incredible to work with. Their team responded quickly, explained the entire cleanup process, and immediately started the sewage cleanup and water damage restoration. They set up drying equipment, removed the damaged materials, and made sure everything was properly sanitized and safe again.
