Andrea was amazing and helped us so much during the process. We were not “looking” for a cabin when we stumbled upon one that we wanted to look at. z'UP North managed my property for over 2.5 years as a rental. When I decided to sell Julian did an amazing job, it was listed and under contract in less than a week and closed a month later. Yes, some of that is based on the market but its not the whole story.
The property management aspect was super simple. Julian and his team found quality renters and were a great conduit for the renters to me. Julian also took on all the maintenance issues and had prompt qualified contractors in his rolodex for plumbing and roofing issues.
