I lived in Ely and now live in Florida. I have a 14 year old dog I raised in Ely. My dog is having health issues and I visited a Vet here in Florida. Without discussing what I paid here in Florida, just let me say I got more advise from Dr Chip in Ely on a 15 minute phone call than I got from a 45 minute Vet visit here in Florida. I can not say enough good things about the Ely Vet Clinic.

Could not be more impressed with the staff here and the compassion shown to us. We were camping up in Ely (from the Twin Cities) and our dog sustained an injury that was getting worse and causing severe pain over the weekend. When Monday morning rolled around, we called every vet within 2 hours trying to get him seen. After several, "not taking new clients, even for emergency injuries" comments, about to drive the 5 hours home for emergency care, Ely welcomed him in and treated him immediately.Such peace of mind and wonderful vet care.
