Apologies for the photo… My old boy is probably a little embarrassed… We are on a road trip from San Francisco to Denver and back (eventually). Well, last night, his little “red rocket” got stuck. And this morning it was still stuck… This can lead to some severe medical conditions and so I need to stop somewhere on the way. I’ll save you the details of the story, but Dr. Jeni Fowler and her staff (Charlie and the other angels) give me a quick holistic solution and even provided me with some gloves so I could handle the matter. Outstanding care. This is what veterinary medicine should feel like.
I brought my cat, Chester, here after a very frustrating and expensive experience at an emergency veterinary hospital where he had been evaluated for urinary problems but continued getting worse afterward.
The difference at this clinic was immediate.
They actually took the time to evaluate what was going on and treat the problem rather than just manage the symptoms. Chester received an X-ray to rule out bladder stones, a urinalysis, injectable medication for inflammation and pain/discomfort, and medication to help address the urinary crystals that were causing the problem.
