“Mike and Becki helped my partner and I find our first home. As first time homebuyers this process was overwhelming due to all of the unknowns, new information and challenging market. Mike and Becki both took as much time as my partner and I needed to walk us through any questions we had about anything. They empowered us in our decision making, never pressured us into anything, and what I valued most was how honest they were with us. If we went to a house and Mike noticed things I or my partner didn’t, due to our lack of experience, he pointed them out and if needed would tell us to walk away. Mike and Becki made it clear they wanted us to not just find a house, but the perfect home for my partner and I, that was with-in budget, quality, and would not cost us an arm and a leg in the long run. If we had questions, no matter the time of night or day, they would respond very promptly. Both Mike and Becki are extremely kind. I didn’t feel like “just another client”, I felt (and feel) like they truly care.
As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of anxiety starting this process, and now as a first time homeowner I feel confident in my purchase because of the support they both provided. They helped us every step of the way and Becki even helped us pick up the leaves in our lawn once we moved in because we didn’t have a rake!
If you are looking to buy a home I can not recommend Mike and Becki enough. They are top tier.”
