We had Welter replaced our roof and siding on our house. Overall, they were very helpful working with insurance and making sure we got what we needed. It was a little difficult getting straight communication sometimes like on timing or say of different work being done. They also damaged a screen and left nails around the yard. Overall, great work.

The end result of finishing the upstairs was very good. I would allow 6 more weeks than Roger says, simply due to permitting. Project manager --- great communication. Sales guy --- not very knowledgeable, but kind.

Roger and his team were very helpful with assessing my water intrusion issues that I’ve had 2 other companies look at. Roger himself came out and was prompt and very knowledgeable with problem areas from new construction homes. The service was second to none, compared to several complies in the area that still haven’t returned my call after 2 weeks. 10 out of 10 would recommend for all of your construction needs.
