In short; An honest shop with fair prices that does excellent work. Great communication, transparency on costs, and willingness to tackle frustrating/difficult troubleshooting. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else, it's worth my time to drive from Blaine to Elk River to go to SBR. Andrew and his team have taken excellent care of both my car and my wife's car.
More details: We were in a difficult spot when we needed to replace the catalytic convertor on my wife's car a couple years ago.
