Kelsey is simply fantastic. Drove down from Brainerd as our daughter has been dealing with chronic tightness in calf, Achilles & hip flexor tightness for over a year with no relief from any other previous methods attempted. After the first session and it was a night and day difference in tightness, soreness and range of motion. She is a gift from the heavens if you have an athlete dealing with current of nagging injuries.

Do yourself a favor and go directly to LiftPT - This is not a run of the mill PT experience.
We have used her many times for a variety of treatments and are always so happy with the outcome. Kelsey is thorough, passionate and knows her stuff. Patient care is a top priority for her.
I had a great experience at LIFT PT! After I felt a pop in my knee, I was in a lot of pain and had difficulty walking comfortably. She worked on my knee and helped me get back to walking without pain. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend LIFT PT!
