Fantastic care! I love how she made sure that my 13 year old understood the mechanics of his injury and treatment. She checked in with him throughout the session to make sure that he was comfortable with each treatment and that he was understanding everything. The followup after the treatment made me feel she was invested in his health and wellness. So glad we went!

I have been seeing Kelsey for a few months now to help with some low back pain. She is extremely knowledgable about what she does and has a true passion for helping patients. She has been incredibly patient in my slow recovery process, and instead of acting discouraged she continues to have new ideas and treatment options to try. Kelsey takes a different approach to physical therapy that gets to the root cause of the problem. Carefully analyzing movements to determine where the issue lies. She doesn't just send you home with some photocopies of basic exercises. She uses Rocktape and cupping methods that work magic. Before deciding you need surgery to fix a problem I encourage you to visit Lift PT for a second opinion. My family is so glad to have discovered her!
