Went to Urgent care and was greeted by a great receptionist and waited a very short time and was shown in to a room and was seen quickly and examined and sent to X-ray.The whole visit was great and I got my prescription and am on the road to wellness.Great job Riverway.

Absolutely love my children’s doctor, but no matter who we are seeing for appointments here, we are usually not called back until 20+ minutes past our appointment time. It has been as long as 45 minutes just to be called back.

I had not been to a Dr for a physical for over 6 years. While I had to wait a short time, I was extremely happy with the service that was provided once I was with the staff. I did not feel rushed and I felt that they cared about all of my concerns. Additionally I had to have a lot of blood work done & normally I dread that equally... the lab techs were GREAT! I didn't even feel the needle and was done before I knew it... I have recommended this location to family.
