Just bought our first house and had it inspected by Mike and he was amazing. Super thorough and took the time to break down everything about the house and utilities in a way that didn't make my head spin. Somehow easily managed to turn a potentially stressful situation into a breeze, I highly recommend Clear Choice!
Mike is a brilliant inspector. I don’t believe there is a single item within a home that he isn’t an expert on. He is also a home BUILDER which in my opinion makes me trust his opinions and expertise.The way he explained our inspection was very helpful, detailed, and valuable. Mike is very personable as well.
CCH is easy to get ahold of, easy to book and fast at getting a report back to you. Mike showed up early was super friendly went through everything with me and had a detailed report sent back to me all in the same day. Cannot recommend enough.
