Overall, A&M In-Ground Pet Fence offers a reliable and affordable pet containment solution, highly recommended by satisfied clients who describe the service as a life saver and commend Curt for going above and beyond.
Exceptional customer service! We were having issues with our in-ground fence not working and Curt went above and beyond to not only help find the issue but figure out the best way to fix the recurring problem so we hopefully don't have more issues down the road. 10/10 would recommend! He was able to get to us in a timely manner as well.
Curt is very responsive, professional and affable. He gives great insights into how to best adapt a dog to an e-fence, is always available for questions, and is a very good teacher for dog owners as well. I really appreciate the time he took to ensure our system (installed by previous homeowner) was running properly, to meet and introduce our new pup to the fence, and to provide guidance on a consistent course of training that allows us to use the minimum e-collar strength necessary for the dog to become accustomed to the in-ground fence. Very reasonably priced, excellent communication, and highly efficient while still taking the time to ensure you are set up for success.
Exceptional service. Always responsive and helpful with follow up questions long after installation was complete.
