We had a fantastic experience with Stephanie and Amy both with a home purchase and sale.Regarding our home purchase:We started a “casual” home search in Southwest Mpls and surrounding suburbs starting in January of this year. Stephanie spent a day with us (literally, a marathon) to give us an idea of the market in the area we were looking to buy, and to help us figure out exactly what we were looking for. It was highly educational and helped us develop a realistic budget and develop a more focused list of what we were looking for in a home.
