As soon as I walked in, Joanna was super welcoming and kind, and very positive even when I discussed the issues I’d had with my hair and how I’d struggled to have it cut due to anxiety about Covid. I usually have horrible social anxiety, and this was my first haircut in almost 3 years, but this was for sure the most relaxing haircut I’ve had and I really liked the result! I’m going back again for sure.

Kailey was so personable and attentive. I have hair cutting anxiety but she handled it like a pro. I was never nervous because she listened. And she didn't scold me about mistreatingy hair but offered wonderful advice. This is a hair care professional who found her calling! And I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Kailey!

Hair type: Long, straight hair. My hair is longer than it's been since I was 14. I love it long. It compliments my face and is easy to style - or not.

I booked a time for my 93 year old dad and when we arrived, there was still about 15 minutes left to wait. Instead, they brought him to the shampoo station right away and even cut his hair there rather than having him move to another station. He has a difficult time walking and has dementia. They couldn't have been more kind and respectful. The manager himself cut/washed his hair. I was so impressed with their generosity and kindness. We will be back!
