I routinely (every 3 weeks) got waxed by Markita D. at the Edina EWC location for 2 years from 2023-2025, and I must say I really miss seeing her since I moved away from that area! She is truly one-of-a-kind! She has an open, approachable personality, and is very considerate of her clients' specific needs, such as working with clients who have sensitive skin! I've gone to other waxing specialists at EWC who aren't as considerate of their clients' sensitive skin, and as a result my skin has lifted during the waxing process- which is extremely painful :( Markita was always extra cautious and gentle with my sensitive skin, and I never lifted with her. The Edina location has incredibly kind customer service! Kathryn, my esthetician was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable + thorough. The process from booking to payment + tipping was quick and seamless!

These women are AMAZING!! Laura did my eyebrows and she was absolutely the best. She listened to my concerns about my eyebrows, addressed them and gave me tips to fix them. I would 100% recommend her!! Meesa at the front desk (she also does waxing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) was so sweet and knowledgeable. The best service I have ever had!
