Dario and Ray are a great team to work with! The house is simply amazing. Most importantly, they are the team take care of clients' questions in a very timely manner after we moved in. Anytime we had a question even outside their scope of work, they are one text/call away, superb customer service. Highly recommend.

After our initial walk through of a custom home designed and built by Dario and Adriatic Construction, we knew we had found a gem. The quality of all the finishes were unmatched by any other new builds in the area. The home also had a timeless functional design that was very challenging to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend working with Dario and his team. They provided an open line of communication during the entire home buying process and have maintained a high level of service well beyond our closing date.
