“I loved the time that I went here! Dr Zen was patient with my entire family (I had three kids at the time, now 4) and treated all of us. He answered my questions and spoke to me as an individual as he got to know my framework for how I receive information and understand my own body. I recommended him to multiple family and friends who all then started going here too!“

“Everyone at Avenues of Health (especially Rachel Romanelli, massage therapist) is absolutely wonderful! I have had some major issues, especially in the past year, and without either of them, life would be much harder to tolerate. They are very skilled, kind and accommodating. You will be glad you made an appointment at this place!“

“Neurofeedback has changed my life. I have been in talk therapy since I was 15 and while it helps with my anxiety, I wanted something that would actually give me results, change that I could see and feel. My sleep is so much better now. I get a full 8 hours, I don’t toss and turn, I remembered my dreams, and I feel so rested now. I used to have anxiety over trying to get to sleep and would have to take medication just to knock me out which only served to make me feel groggy in the morning. Now, sleep is one of my favorite things. Plus my anxiety and panic attacks have gone away. It’s like my brain knows better now and doesn’t react to potentially panic-stricken situations anymore. I am thankful I did this.“

“Acupressure really works for back pain. Get the 20-30 minute acupressure back massage and tell the therapist where it hurts. They will try to upsell you oil, hot stones, more time, foot massage. Skip those, and give a tip instead. Your back is going to be sore the next day. Get some regular exercise and wait a few weeks before your next one.“
