Clothes came back clean and neatly folded. I did ask for unscented everything…but everything came back very much not unscented. Other than that, the service was good. The price was roughly $3.45 per pound of laundry.
Tide Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning and pressing velvet curtains that are very heavy, lined and 100”wide X 84” long. The staff was knowledgeable and the price was fair for the amount of work involved!
I had a small 2’ x 3’ area rug and a runner that needed dry cleaning. I had stopped by Pilgrim and was given a quote that was so high they suggested I wash the rugs instead. But because of the backing and needing a large capacity washer, I did not take that advice. I decided to stop by Tide give them a try. I am so glad I did. My cleaning charges were less than the cost of what Pilgrim quoted and they came out beautifully! Tide also apologized because they thought the rugs were going to take three weeks. But, to my surprise they came back a week early. Thanks Tide. Nice work 🥰
