Had to get a walk in bath tub for my husband. Have had it for a few years. Was good at coming to fix things. But now everything goes through Tennessee main office that bought the company. They are now telling me that I have to start paying 179.00 an hour for them to come. I've never had to pay labor. We have the life time guarantee. Was told that things have changed and needed to pay labor. I argued with them about our policy and they said they would call in 5 to 7 days to leave me know when they would be coming to work on the bath tub. First off our salesman was not honest on the size, Then when we tried to get the bigger tub because the one they brought was way too small they would not work with us. Then we had issues that did not work with the tub and it took a long time for service. Then the water jets went out, we called again and they keep ignoring us. Still have not come to fix. Had this tub for 6 months and nothing but trouble and customer service is terrible..

Purchased a home with a safe-step tub in it. Have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding repairs since we purchased our home in August of 2020. Have been given the run around so many times that we have given up and will likely be removing the tub. They only care about sales, not service. Save your money.
