Emily is truly exceptional, the best massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. Emily listened to my concerns and did an amazing job addressing my pain points. My upper back and neck feel better than they have in months and relief has lasted weeks after the appointment. She also did psoas work to address some long-term pain. This was my first visit but I will return.
I've been to Emily three times now and will continue to go back! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your individual needs, pains, and lifestyle. She knows how every muscle and ligament and tendon connect to others and that, often times, pain is occurring in one spot due to an issue somewhere else. Not only does she give a great, deep tissue massage, she also works with pressure and guides you to move in certain ways to facilitate stretching of deep muscles like the Psoas and Iliacus - I didn't even know these muscles existed!
