Found Chris on either the knot or Google, and from the beginning, I had nothing but excellent experience. Chris responded in a respectful manner and answered all my questions. We had Chris for engagement and wedding photos. For our engagement photos, I asked for a couple of things but wanted to keep it as natural as possible cause that's who we are, and he exceeded my expectations. My wedding photos turned out amazing, I have heard from several people at my wedding that Chris was so fun, respectful, and did an amazing job. Two words: Rock Star.We were fortunate enough to connect with Chris through TheKnot.com at almost the last minute, due to an unfortunate incident with our previously secured photographer. We were immediately at ease with hiring him, and things only got better from there. He was prompt and professional, but also a very relaxing presence for the wedding party. Chris captured all the 'expected' portraits, but went farther to capture great depth of personality of wedding party as well as guests. On top of all that, he's far more affordable than most! I can't recommend him highly enough...thanks again, Chris!
Hands down the best photographer we ever could have gotten for our wedding. The package we purchased gave us access to every photo Chris took and every one of them was stunning. He was very quick with getting pictures back to us and we were so happy with the final product. He does an amazing job touching up photos as well. When we did our engagement photos we wanted more color in the fall trees than what we had and he was even able to make that happen and looked so real. Our wedding day was just as hectic as I’m sure many have been in 2020/21. We changed our wedding date and location and he was able to accommodate at drive to Sioux Falls the same night he finished another wedding in the cities. He was very friendly to us and our family and we really appreciated that. He pays attention to detail very well, for example, he worked with our DJ and his lighting capabilities to get the absolute most perfect lighting for our first dance and the photos he took are breathtaking. I’m so happy with how our pictures turned out and he’s made my husband and I happy for a lifetime since we can look back on these gorgeous pictures and relive our wedding day for a long time! We will definitely be hiring him again!
