Would definitely recommend using Taylor and Nate for dryer vent cleaning. Our neighborhood has ongoing FB threads about vent cleaners who have shown up and refused to get up on the roof to access dryer vents - it’s a newer neighborhood with 2nd story laundry rooms - so the vents are very high. Nate and Taylor didn’t hesitate to climb up there and clear it out. They were above and beyond with communication - using email and text to give arrival updates - meaning I didn’t have to sit around for the dreaded 4 hour window, typical of service people. Taylor and Nate are true professionals in the duct cleaning industry. There are so many scammers out there that it’s hard to trust a company to come out and clean your duct work knowing that you very well can’t see what’s in there. They take before and after photos showing you what they found, they give recommendations on ventilation throughout the whole house and they found things in our vents that we never thought we would find. If you’re looking for a high quality job and great value… these are your guys!
