J Robert Roofing

My family and I are beyond grateful to Alan and his team for replacing our roof. When we began the process of searching for a trusted vendor, we were overwhelmed by the number of options. From the moment Alan came out, he truly listened to all our concerns and took the time to understand the complex issues we were facing inside our home.

Our house was originally designed as a “hot roof” with no attic space, which had caused significant ventilation issues, moisture buildup, and leaks over time. Alan not only identified these challenges but also created a thoughtful action plan to ensure our new roof would resolve them effectively.

Throughout the bidding process, my husband and I knew Alan was the right choice. He was incredibly kind to our dogs, attentive to my concerns as a young parent, and made us feel completely confident in the long-term strategy for our home. Now that our new roof has been in place for about a month, it looks fantastic, and we can genuinely feel the difference—it’s as if we can breathe better inside!

During installation, Alan went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. He reinforced the existing trusses, added new insulation and baffles where needed, installed ridge venting, and corrected the side intakes to optimize ventilation. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way.

In the end, we are so thankful to have met Alan. Knowing that we now have a safe, properly installed roof gives us immense peace of mind. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of roofing services!

We used J. Robert roofing both on our home and on a rental property. Bob and his crew did a great job and I highly recommend them.
