Grease Monkey

Went to valvoline to get my headlight bulb replaced but they told me they couldn’t do it being they had to take off the bumper. Then I went over to Grease Monkey in Eden Prairie and the manager, Lucas, within 10 minutes got my bulb in and inspected the rest of my Subaru legacy. Lucas and his team are knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks a ton!

Quick, friendly service. I was really impressed, and happy that even the premium oil change was significantly less expensive than at my dealer. My only criticism is that they were out of the good filters, but will definitely switch to having oil changes done here - so much more convenient than taking two hours off of work to drive up to the stealership and sit there waiting.

I am extremely impressed with how polished the staff is. They all knew their jobs, and stayed on task the entire time without being brusque. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The person I spoke with was friendly, communicated clearly, and obviously knew what he was doing. I have been to other oil-change places where there was a lot of waiting while staff wasted time, and that was definitely NOT the case here. Staff obviously enjoyed working with each other and joked around (appropriatelty), but did so while working steadily to finish the job. It was a pleasant atmosphere for me as a customer to enter.
