I needed a spare car key. When I called, they immediately answered and then had a technician call me back five minutes later. The communication between me and the tech (Chris) was amazing. He was very kind, professional, and very flexible with his time. They are great at their jobs and very respectable and patient. I will for sure use them in the future.
Thank you Jose! I've been trying to get a 2nd key fob for our push button start car. I tried 2 other area locksmiths, got disappointing service from both, and no new fob. When I contacted Emerald, Jose called me back right away. He gave me a reasonable quote with a reasonable date of service (he needed to order the fob, as it wasn't one they stocked). In the end, because of a unique situation with our vehicle, he needed to use a manufacturer (rather than aftermarket) branded key fob, which certainly cost the company more, but he stayed true to the original fee he quoted me. I was very impressed with Jose's professionalism and dedication to get us what we needed!
Zach was knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced my front door knob and deadbolt quickly with precision. My only disappointment was their dispatchers seem rushed and frankly crabby. They could do better with that. But thanks for the great new front door system!
