The practice prides itself in state-of-the-art treatment for medical and cosmetic skin care with two convenient locations in Edina and Eden Prairie. The paramedical staff takes pride in their work as caring health professionals while keeping the patient's best interest in mind. Patients specifically recommend seeing Dr. Hannon, who has an amazing personality, fully listens to concerns, and provides respectful feedback. However, some patients have had issues with the business office regarding co-pays and billing. Dr. Hook is also praised for her excellent bedside manner, intelligence, and ability to build patient confidence.
The reviews definitely scared me a bit, but I had an amazing experience with Dr Reid and her nurse. Kind, compassionate, fast. She was able to get all my moles removed for me in one appointment so I didn’t have to come back!
My husband, adult daughter and myself have seen Dr. Creswell for 12 years. He is so nice, and thorough with his skin checks. We strongly recommend seeing him with any concerns you may have! He catches things early and is proactive with treatments.
The Good: Dr. Reid (and her assistant, Margaret ) is exceptional. Listened to my concerns and always on time. The Bad: Eden Prairie front desk women are NEVER happy. In fact, they never greet you with a smile, or a kind word, and almost always seem *bothered by whatever interaction they have to have with patients. Scheduling a follow up appointment for a minor surgery felt like a surgery in and of itself, and painful. The woman with the blonde and fading pink bob, was so unkind and had a major attitude when 'helping' me schedule my surgery. For this reason I will avoid the Eden Prairie location at all costs. I left feeling awful. The anticipation of my upcoming surgery, wasn't made any less unpleasant by the lack of empathy or compassion from the front desk staff. Which is sad, considering it is a first and last point of contact at the clinic. Incredibly disappointing, especially when the doctor and her assistant are so awesome. I will definitely pass this information along to them next time I'm in.
