I had a great experience with Micah today at the Eden Prairie location. She was a beyond friendly, made me feel comfortable, and truly listen to what I was looking for. Both receptionist were also sweet, friendly , and were a joy to talk to during check-in, and check out! If you were looking for a new office for cosmetic services. I would definitely give them a try.
Laser hair removal has seriously changed my life!! I love going to Chapter for my appointment every month. Danielle is my nurse practitioner and she's so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. She takes the time to actually listen and gives me recommendations based on my skin concerns rather than trying to just sell me on the latest. I really appreciate that! The laser treatments are super quick and they don't hurt AT ALL! I've been to another studio for laser hair and it hurt way more. Chapter's lasers are painless! I cannot say enough good things about Chapter! I have been going for over a year and my skin has never looked better. their staff is amazing and I always love going in for treatments and products. They are the best!
