Our first year using them for snow removal. totally impressed how clean the walks are. Can call for repeat if plows come through after them. Thank you Randy for answering all my questions so thoroughly.

5 stars for customer service. I had a discrepancy with my lawn clean-up service so I called. I was told Pauley was one of their best employees, someone they would "send to do the President's yard", and Pauley would make it right. He did...and with an overwhelming pleasantness. Pauley came out that same evening, before going home for the day, and took care of the matter with NO grumbling, no complaints, and no disagreement! The day before, when I wasn't quite ready for Pauley to service my lawn (daycare toys everywhere), he VERY nicely said it was no problem at all and he could come back at MY convenience to do the job, not his, MINE!
