Schrom Construction does a great job of maintaining the HOA .
Snow removal was always completed very promptly . Our sidewalk,driveway and street were always cleaned very early which works out great .
We have only had a couple of very minor issues with our house and they were taken care of almost immediately with no hassle or delays .

“We had Kopischke Seamless Gutter replace all of our gutters, downspouts, as well as add gutter covers a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job, including hooking up our rain barrel. The gutters look great and function beautifully. We called recently to have one of our extensions lengthened. The rep was out the next day and did the job on the spot, The quick response was much appreciated as we were expecting more rain following a recent 6 inch rain. Excellent customer service!“
