I had the unfortunate experience of being on the other end of a transaction with Jerry Lynch. There has been a lack of transparency and professionalism from the beginning, and Jerry & BorgsHomes have become uncooperative and seemingly complacent about the contract being stuck in limbo indefinitely. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Edit: in response to their reply, "trying" to back out is the problem. BorgsHomes advertised the land as "gentle sloped... accommodate walkout" and the land survey says the sloped portion of the land is __not buildable__. Yet they refuse to cancel. Where is the due diligence??
Jeremy Horkey was receptive, always returned calls, emails or texts. He represented us well in our buy as well as our sell. Between first viewing the house we bought, selling our existing home and closing on both the new and old home, it took only a matter of weeks, smooth sailing! We feel lucky he found us!

He drove all over southern mn, from Fairfax to Bricelyn until we found our perfect home in fairmont! He was very knowledgeable about the process as well as the areas we were looking in.
