Charging port wasn’t working and I tried multiple chargers. The only way it would work is if I physically forced my cord into my port with pressure. I brought it to these guys and said wait 5min and I’ll get back with you and in 3min my phone was brought out and was shown my phone dangling from a charging cord. Fantastic work and the total cost was free! I definitely recommend these guys. Excellent customer service. Again, thanks!
I had an older phone that functions just fine, but it looked all cracked and broken. Danny took one look, checked with the tech, and came back a few min later with my new screen installed! He also helped a week later when I had trouble turning on my phone after installing the new case I had ordered. Through it all he was extremely pleasant and eager to help. Fabulous customer service!!
Danny & Bryce We're very understanding and accommodating. Given my circumstances, they waited a few extra minutes right at closing time on a Holiday weekend, when it would have been easier just to shut the door and leave. We took care of what we needed to quickly, and that made a big difference for me and my elderly mom. Would highly recommend.
