I scheduled a repair and the tech called and canceled the appointment saying my phone was not repairable.I had to call asurion and argue with customer support because the tech marked my phone as needing replaced. Finally they rescheduled.The new tech assigned was a 100 out of 10! She was prompt, polite and very professional throughout. She stated that nothing about my phone was not repairable and took care of every issue with ease. She had everything needed and used great communication throughout the visit. I was very impressed. Johanna was amazingly knowledgeable and fast at her visit , was honestly impressed and my phone like new ,literally in 20 minutes . She was very good at what she does . Thanks to her again!

Corey was easy to talk to and knew of the issue I was having. He discussed what was needed for the fix and the timeline. He said it was going to take 4 days (included weekend time) to order the part and repair. To my surprise, I got a text the next day that the repair was complete. Great job overall!
