Dr. Alex is amazing, thorough, and very insightful when it comes to your overall joint health. I've been going to him for the past 2 years. His treatments have allowed me to perform activities that I would normally struggle with on a daily basis. I've had numerous chiropractors and Dr. Alex has been the best by far. Also, the front desk staff have been very professional, and always welcoming with a smile. They make you feel more than a patient.

Absolutely amazing team!!! The receptionist Ann is incredibly welcoming, friendly, kind, and personable, which sets the tone for your visit right away :) From the moment I walked in for the first time, Dr. Alex truly listened and cared to take the time and effort to help figure out all the necessary adjustments needed to help with all my issues/pain. After multiple chiropractors throughout the years, he has been the ABSOLUTE BEST so far!!!!!

I like the service at The Joint. I am disappointed that the app is no longer available. I felt this was a huge advantage to be able to see when the busy times of day were and plan my visits during the lulls. I felt I attended more frequently when the app was available. I strongly encourage The Joint to continue use of an app for the customer experience.
