We had a really great first boarding experience for both of our cats here! They both stayed in the same kitty condo, which worked very well for us.
The staff were all helpful, friendly, and communicative. They also sent a little pet update card for us which included pictures and comments about their stay! In general we felt very confident our cats were in great hands, especially since they both require medicine.
Both of our kitties were comfortable and calm when we picked them up, which really speaks to how their stay was. Also, all of the items, food, and medicine we brought were carefully returned in great condition, so that's also huge.

Our dogs love pet suites. They specialize in hearding behavior as they have an onsite trainer. The pups always come home happy and sleepy from all the excitement. We've used several other hotes like a doggo and this was by far the best experience
Linus just loves going there. He has many puppy pals and can't wait to see them. He also enjoys the Human pals. Everyone is just so friendly.
