Staff has always been friendly and informative should anything have come up during my dogs visits. Downside is this facility does not have cameras you can tune into like other locations. My dogs have been going for over a year and staff continues to say they have the cameras they just haven’t had luck finding a vendor to install. I think the cameras would be a great addition and ease of mind for clients putting them at the top compared to their competition. For that, I give them 4 stars.

Angel came from a shelter so no doubt, this was scary for her. The staff asked many questions to establish rapport and create an environment that was positive for her. Angel was excited to leave but the pictures also show she was excited to be there too!

We had a wonderful experience as we visited PetSuites Eagan for the first time for our puppy. He attended Puppy Preschool and we all had a wonderful experience. They knew exactly who he was when we entered the facility and had lots of great things to say to about him upon leaving. They provided consistent service to each person and dog and obviously knew each of their clients well. I can't wait for our puppy to go back next week!
