I had been going to Park Dental Eagan for 10+ years, but then had to switch to the Lakeville location last year due to some scheduling issues. I was overdue for a cleaning by 4-5 months, and Eagan called me one day out of the blue saying that they had some openings that day if I was free. I thought that was awesome as I was free for when they had an opening, so I grabbed it! There were all NEW people working there, and they gave me an incredible experience from start to finish: reception, helpers, dentist -- but the highlight was my hygienist! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and so I was anxious to be seen…and judged or shamed. But that was the furthest thing from my experience here. Instead, everyone was kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental.
The receptionist Kari was friendly, empathized with me when I told her I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and greeted me by name when I arrived and departed.
My hygienist Nat was gentle and has a compassionate and calm demeanor.
Lastly, Dr Brennan was outstanding. He is understanding and compassionate. I felt he genuinely cared about me and my overall health. He was great at explaining everything and was also a good listener.

Staff was very kind, upfront with all cost estimates and dentist + hygienists talked me through the procedures every step of the way. Made me feel very comfortable every time I went in!
