My brother has been a resident at one of their Apple Valley homes for the last month and a half. We had to quickly find another home for him due to legal issues with his former home. This company is outstanding.....they have provided more care and options in the last 50 days than he received in the prior year and a half. His care provider in the home (Mohammed) has gotten to know him and his quirks, and is already making progress. I can't say enough about this company....we didn't know how bad we had it until my brother moved here and experienced this new care. First and foremost, the clients I have the privilege of serving are amazing. They are so positive and the best part of my job. The owner really cares about offering a lot of fun and enriching activities for the clients.

I have worked for Nci for 3 yrs in January and I could not ask for a better company to work for. The owner is amazing she cares about all the staff and at any moment if you walk in to the main office she is probably there with a smile and a warm hello.I absolutely love working for New Challenges Inc.
