Mill City transformed the basement in our 1957 rambler into a beautiful 'lower level'. In addition to expanding the bathroom, we added a bedroom, family room, kitchenette, work room and extra storage. We doubled our livable space! Everyone was great to work with - they listened to our ideas and made them a reality.
We had Mill City do a complete finish of our basement in our 1925 bungalow home, with a bedroom, playroom, large living space, full bathroom, and storage. They are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the job. Exceptional work and wonderful communication. We couldn't be more pleased with how the project turned out.
We absolutely love our South Mpls basement remod! We had an unfinished 1910 basement and hired Mill City to add a 2nd full bath, office/bedroom, living room, and laundry area. Matt, Brian, and the team were wonderful to work with. Their expertise finishing these type of basements really came through with this project. It’s perfect for our family. We appreciated all of their design tips, both aesthetically and functionally. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was extremely impressive. We would happily hire them again for other house projects, and we highly recommend them to anyone in the Twin Cities area.
