First, I want to say that the quality of the work was great, and they were very responsive to questions and concerns. However, there were a few aspect of the process that really disappointed me. First, they had promotional pricing that made us feel very rushed in making a decision, and made us question of the promo price was their real price, and they just over-charged as time went on. If you do choose to go with Mann, make sure they're your last estimate if you want to get the lowest price. I was hesitant to use these guys based on the previous Yelp reviews but their Google reviews were really good. Alex from Mann Brothers came over and was really quick and responsive. I usually hate companies that say that you get a discount if you sign up with them immediate - he offered a discount if we left a deposit within the first three days. (It always feels like a gimmick to me.) We did not sign right away but thought about it overnight and ended up making the decision the next day. Alex did come back to pick up our deposit and was able to schedule our attic insulation within a week.
