I love when Health Care Professionals look at the body as a whole system working together and not just one area or one body system. Simply getting adjusted and not eating healthfully, or not exercising and stretching daily, will only benefit a person so much…..Dr Poquette will educate on nutrition and the importance of movement/stretching, taking time to educate patients is so important and he takes the time. I was referred to Dr Poquette a few years back when I had back pain- he fixed me up and I haven’t stop going since that time! He gets everything aligned and feeling brand new! (The massage bed is an extra perk too ❤️) Highly recommend Dr Poquette!
