This great clips is fabulous in town center. Their staff is polite, courteous, and listen to what the customer wants. This location fixed my hair, cleaned my face after the diffley location kicked me out because their stylist has a bad attitude and would not fix my hair. She did not cut it finger length and she did not fade it like I asked her to. Go to town Center great clips where they have great customer service unlike the.Diffley location.
Terri gave me a great cut that energized my natural curls. She was friendly, gave me some helpful suggestions, and explained how a product would help my hair without being a too aggressive sales person. I look forward to seeing her at my next haircut.
I had the best day of my life when I walked in to Great Clips. I waited a little bit and then my hair style person call me up. Debra Jo. I could tell the minute I waked in that the air was clear and clean. It was if I knew her for years. Cheerful, kind, friendly, and gave me some important info about my hair. That is not something every one does. I had a smile and a great hair style that day. I will be back and ask for Debra Jo again. Thank you. Sandie.
