I have a hard time going to new places so I went 2 months without a haircut or beard trim so I was looking rough. lol I am a truck driver and last time I went home my barber shop was closed. I came in and the nice lady asked if I had an appointment, I did not but she said give me a second let me see what I can do. Enter Ciarra. She accepted me as a client and sat me down asked what I wanted in explicit detail and through the whole process made sure I was getting what I wanted. I got a haircut and a beard trim. My experience was fine. I went in with a photo of myself from about 3-4 months ago. While I mostly got what was expected, I found my sides were cut too short. when I brought that up with the stylist, they had mentioned “it would allow it to grow in better over time”. Some people might appreciate this, but I did not appreciate the alteration without being asked beforehand. If I had been asked, I would have kept my hair as it was previously. Although it did not ruin my haircut, I would not be returning because of this experience.

I would like to add that upon request, they did provide a refund. They stand behind their product and right their wrongs.
