I highly recommend trying out a class if you are interested at all! I got a black friday deal on 10 classes, and now am joining as a member. The coaches and owners at this location have been so welcoming and helpful during my first 10 classes - excited to continue attending!

I'm closing in on 200 sessions at F45, between the Eagan and IGH locations. It's been such a positive experience. Everyone, from the owners, to the coaches, to the membership are incredibly kind, supportive and fun. I've really enjoyed my time here.
The daily 45min workout is just enough cardio/strength training to be challenging but not overwhelming. It's also a lot safer than the xfit-style alternatives. Most of the F45 coaches are very careful to monitor and correct bad form. They always offer modifications for any of the movements/lifts, which helps if you have bad knees like me.
