My 11 year old daughter and I have been going to Dr. Jeff frequently for approximately 10 years now. Our regular adjustments keep us both in optimal health. I had back problems and arthritis in the past, but working with Dr. Jeff has eased my pain and helped me live comfortably. Also anytime my daughter or I start to develop any cold symptoms, we stop in for an adjustment. This helps my immune system and we get over any illness quickly. Which means less absences for my daughter at school and me at work from sick days.
I've been going to Dr Jeff for 10+ years and I really appreciate that he listens to what is going on with the body and takes the time to figure out what is wrong and not just put on a "bandaid " Highly recommend him!
I have been going to Dr Jeff for about a month now. I already feel a lot better. I was getting headaches almost daily, and they have gone down to maybe once a week. He also has answered every question I have had and explains things throughly.
