Went to this clinic today November 12, 2024 to see if they would do a "fitting" of my new glasses that I received today thru USPS that the VA sends me each year after my eye exam. I figured to try this route instead of going to the Minneapolis VA hospital to have the glasses fitted trying to save gas money. The VA told me clinics like this one would do fittings either for free or charge a small fee to veterans. This clinic doesn't charge a fee. :)

I've been a long-term patient from probably 2017, and I am constantly impressed by the team. Dr. Stout is an amazing doctor and easy to work with. He's informative and professional. All of the front desk staff and the practice manager are friendly and personable. They are straightforward with prices/costs. Every time I come, I know what to expect, and it is always a smooth process. Keep up the good work! It's amazing how much this clinic has improved and the transformation it took.
I’ve had both medicaid and insurance through employers and, very often, medicaid patients are made to feel less valued. But this is NOT the case with Dr Stout and his staff. Their care and attention was very genuine. I’d highly recommend them
