The service tech, Jerrod, was efficient, friendly, and solved all my problems. He offered welcome advice and suggestions on how to prevent the floor drain problem (a specific kind of lint filter for the washtub; and how often to plan on have the tree roots cleaned (every other year). I highly recommend and will call Drain Busters again whenever I have a problem
