Setting up an appointment was painless and I didn't experience any issues with the front desk staff, as others have noted. However I felt my appointment with Dr Morrell was extremely rushed. I was in the room for maybe a whole 5 minutes with her. It was almost offensive, for how much I'm paying out of pocket for this visit. Every question I asked her, she had a textbook definition and spoke very fast. Had a really great experience! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, and I really enjoyed that they had the space decorated for fall and Halloween. I met with Jen, just to talk about skin care and aging, and she answered all my questions, as well as had good recommendations to give on skin care options - and I appreciated she only suggested things she has used and tried herself, rather than trying to push products.

What a breath of fresh air! The front desk receptionists were delightful at check-in and the seasonal decor made me smile. Whoever does the decorating deserves 5 ⭐️ ! It’s nice to walk in to a clinic and feel a warm, welcoming environment where the staff chats with you and it feels like the staff loves their jobs.
