Cornerstone has been so great to me and I can tell they truly care about providing a holistic, calming, and transformative practice. I have been under Dr. Natasha’s care for almost a year and a half and I have loved her care and expertise. I wanted to begin chiropractic care as a way to help be proactive with my health as a 24-year-old, and to keep me balanced while I sit at a desk in front of a computer all day. I went to CornerStone Family Chiropractic because I had been in pain for years but recently it had become difficult for me to stand, walk, sit or even lay down and sleep. I had a consultation and xrays with Dr. Hemingson and he found all the issue I was complaining about. My back was completely seized up. Physically therapy did not work because the dislocation was so severe in my hips. He gave me 3 months 3 days a week to get my back moving again. My first adjustment hurt but actually moved.
