Very disappointing customer service, especially when it comes to arranging transportation for senior patients. In our experience, the company seemed to prioritize strict and trivial policies over the practical needs and circumstances of patients and caregivers. At the same time, we experienced unreliable transportation coordination and communication, which resulted in missed medical appointments and significant frustration for caregivers. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing experience.
Absolutely horrible to deal with. I'm diabetic and they refuse to pay for the amount of insulin I use so I have to go to the emergency room every couple weeks because I can't get any more. Won't let me even buy it myself either or they cancel my coverage. To put it as nicely as possible, they aren't worth the damn
This is the worst company in the country. Several times over 45 minutes waiting for somebody, only to hang up. Was told I would get a call back on my mother-in-law‘s policy regarding three payments taken out in one month, the person I could barely understand, did not know what they were doing, and told me they would call me back within 10 minutes with answers. Never got a call back. I wish the State of Minnesota could do something. What a crap company..
