I am unable to speak to anyone. I am a retired postal clerk and can't reach anyone from OPM when I finally speak with someone it took me a month in half. They tell me that they do not send out W 2 forms. But I have to call H R then there is no to talk to if you are a retired postal employee. Which tells me that I am easily forgotten. Thanks for your service but I can kick rocks .

The 1 star is two high. Thanks for nothing. The automotive service is no help.

Trying to contact someone through the phone number and the email address is absolutely useless and ridiculous. The email address comes back as invalid, the phone number sends you in circles then hangs up on you

Trying to get a corrected W-2, from 2022 & 2023. Won't acknowledge through email, so I sent proper paperwork, and STILL waiting for it to arrive by USPS. THEY made the mistake, now I have to wait for them to correct it. No wonder the USPS is going down hill. Just hope my retirement money is secure.
